Installation notes

Multilingual and compatible with all Si interfaces (including FANUC serial Si-FN) and required for use with the new high resolution digital (10 nm and 5 nm) and low noise analogue Si interfaces.

We recommend that you uninstall any previous versions of SiGNUM™ Software before installing the latest release. To install the software you must have full administration rights to your computer.

This application requires the .NET Framework, version 1.1. To download this from Microsoft, please download the Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1 Redistributable Package from Microsoft (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=262d25e3-f589-4842-8157-034d1e7cf3a3). This should be downloaded and installed before the SiGNUM™ Software is installed.
