Renishaw has recently been made aware of some problems with Ballbar 5HPS software. These problems have arisen due to the availability of Microsoft Internet Explorer® I.E.7 and security upgrades to earlier versions of Internet Explorer® . Please note that the upgrades may have been distributed by Microsoft directly to your P.C. as automatic updates.
This patch is designed only for users of BB5 HPS software (BB5 versions 5.05 and later)
Users of earlier BB5 versions should contact their Renishaw dealer for details of upgrades to BB5 HPS.
