| Ultra high vacuum (UHV) optical encoders
UHV optical encoders compatible with vacuum pressures as low as 10-11 TORR. The RGH25F encoder system works with RGS20-S tape scale for both linear and partial arc applications. The RGH20F readhead works with the RESR angle encoder, to provide precision rotary feedback. | Optical angle encoders
The RESR and SiGNUM™ RESM angle encoders feature a ±5 arc second scale graduated axially onto a stainless-steel ring. Available in a range of 20 diameters (from Ø52 mm to Ø550 mm), Renishaw's angle encoders have a low cross-section and a large internal diameter to position easily around large internal rotors, payloads or services.
